Here are some of our favorite summer combinations!

1. Watermelon sprinkled with Spirulina Manna™

Watermelon is an awesome food for easy summer detox. It is an excellent source of potassium, is alkaline forming, high in dietary fiber, and contains citrulline, which naturally helps create arginine, needed for removing ammonia and other toxins lurking in the body.

Spirulina is a great source of protein, loaded with amino acids and minerals. With its high phycocyanin content, this blue green algae also supports healthy kidney function.

2. Fresh Cucumber Juice with Integrity Foods™ Moringa

Cucumbers are naturally refreshing! Fresh cucumber juice is highly alkalizing, hydrating, and is rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, magnesium, silicon, and potassium.

Moringa is a complete protein, is loaded with chlorophyll, vitamin C and antioxidants.

3. Homemade Mint Lemonade with Elixir of the Lake™

Lemon juice acts as a digestive and detoxifying agent and helps in cleaning the liver, leading to better digestive health. They are also very alkalizing for the body, which also helps restore balance to the body’s pH.

Mint is a calming and soothing herb that has been used for thousands of years to aid with upset stomachs or indigestion. Mint is thought to increase bile secretion and encourage bile flow, which helps to speed and ease digestion.

Elixir of the Lake (Klamath Blue Green Algae) is also high in phycocyanin. Phycocyanin has potent antioxidant properties and is known to support kidney health.
