Over twenty-six years ago, my daughter phoned from a health conference in NY to say she had just met her soulmate. At the same time, Jameth was calling his mom to say the same thing! Never has a single heart brought so much caring and good health to so many, and my husband and I always thought of him as our “son”. Jameth’s dedication to research, his integrity and hard work all made it possible to fulfill his life’s goal of being able to offer the most nutrient-dense products to the people who needed them the most. It was an honor to be part of that goal, and I am so grateful for the memories of helping at their first small half-booth at The Natural Products Expo in Anaheim, where only two of us could fit in the booth at the same time, and then through the years, seeing that booth expand greatly as more and more people experienced the quality and healing benefits of HealthForce products. As in the case of many great innovators, it will be years from now before the world is fully aware of the amazing contribution he made in the field of good health and healing from nature. Jameth is deeply missed and will be loved always.

Jameth was the brother I never had. We were close…especially the last few years.
I loved listening to him intently as he told stories in such a dramatic style with such passion and enthusiasm. He was a master at inspiring and motivating people. It never ceases to amaze me how many professional public speakers are boring. Jameth was NEVER boring! Whether he was speaking professionally or merely one on one, he ALWAYS left an impression.
It is because of his speaking abilities and his passion for his work, that make the whole thing so TERRIBLY sad…and such a WASTE! Most people live their lives just going through the motions; not particularly passionate about their work or their lives in general. But Jameth was TRULY passionate about life. Not merely his work or those he was close to…but everything and everyone. He went out of his way to make life better for EVERYONE he touched. Because of that, and for MANY other reasons, it is such a SAD waste that he is no longer with us physically. He had so MUCH more to offer the world! So many more lives to save, people to touch and inspire, animals and the environment to help, etc. His passing has caused me to question my faith for the first time in my life. I can’t see ANY possible good coming from it.
There is ABSOLUTELY no doubt in my mind, that he would still be here with us–healthier than ever–if he were not so selfless. Because he was under TREMENDOUS stress at the worst time possible, for a prolonged period of time, it understandably weakened him. He was TRULY a warrior! If he had limited his time to his healing, he would still be here.
Thanks to his influence and help, I recovered completely after a heart-attack. I was told that nothing short of drugs and open-heart surgery would heal me. I was back to exercising and playing sports at a high level soon after. His dietary advice and HealthForce products saved my life.
I continue to mourn the DEEP LOSS of my beloved friend, role-model and brother. His influence is felt upon me daily. It is a SADNESS that I cannot escape!

I consider myself blessed to have had you as a friend and “brother” for the last 10 yrs. We shared many stories and were so much alike. You were the heart of this family and when you left you took our hearts with you. Nothing can ever replace you.
Christmas was the last time we were all together as a family. I know how happy that made you. Holidays will never be the same Joyful event without you. You were always so animated as you told your stories. You lit up the room with your energy. You would bring us to tears because we were laughing so hard. Now the tears will be for your loss.
The selfless work you did with creating Healthforce will continue. Your legacy will live on.
Sadly, the years you used yourself as the Guinea pig risking your own life to keep others safe, may have finally caught up to you. Although, so many others have been saved as a result. This world is better because you were in it. You touched so many lives.
Thank you for being you.
You are forever Loved and missed.

Philip and Susan Madeley: We will always love Dr. Jameth Sheridan and will ever be grateful for the inspiration and joy he brought to our lives as an example of the lengths that one person can go through to stand strong in a healthy vegan mission.
Susan: I thought it would be easy to write a memorial for Dr. Jameth Sheridan. There are so many good things to say, so many powerful live lectures to remember, and so much inspiration from Jameth’s goals and his integrity, as well as his ability to think, and act, outside of the box.
It is easy to be filled with love and inspiration generated by this beautiful, powerful, compassionate being. It is damn hard to talk about Jameth, in a memorial, as if he is no longer with us because I see him and I feel him every day.
I was a few years vegan and raw and living at the Tree of Life when I first saw Jameth at the HealthForce table at the first raw food festival. I was intrigued to see this person who created HealthForce and the healthful high quality vegan products. He was running the booth and compassionately giving out advice and information to the swarm of people surrounding him. Why do I remember so strongly that first encounter? There was just something about Jameth that made me want to listen, that inspired me to think that the vegan life could, one day, be normal.
Five years later, my husband and I decided to leave Patagonia for a new adventure. We took a road trip to Escondido, California for Philip’s interview with Jameth Sheridan. During the interview Jameth asked me to join them. Really? So cool and unusual and perfect. The “interview” lasted more than four hours and included a drive around Escondido. It included picking up our dog, Shiva, so he would not be sitting alone in a hotel, and it ended with a trip to the Farmer’s Market. So, Jameth was interviewing Philip – and yet, he also was welcoming him with ideas and really totally embracing both of us. His passion was so incredible. Without getting a final say on the position – we packed up all of our belongings and moved to Escondido and waited. Our prayers came true.
Jameth, I loved your outrageous Longevity talk. I loved your talk in Tucson. I love your compassion and your unending love for Kim. Your mission and strength have changed my life, and changed Philip’s life in ways that you now do understand.
Susan and Philip: After a few months, Jameth, again, included us in his trust, and took one of the bravest steps we think a human can take, especially one who is a public figure. He came to our home. We sat in a circle, and he told us that he was fighting a battle with cancer. This battle he intended to win, and document, not for himself, but so that he could help others find a powerful avenue for beating this disease.
Jameth is the person who gave Philip the best job of his life. Jameth is the person who trusted Philip to take on the job of keeping HealthForce product integrity. In all this time, Jameth has been kind, generous, and demanding. Jameth has been diligent and passionate about bringing healthful product to the world. So many times, losing money, rather than losing quality.
Philip: Jameth taught me to think differently. His way of thinking can be summed up in his favorite statement “don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.” To me this means that there is something to learn in every situation, from any person, from any challenge. Basically, to not see things as black and white and jump to conclusions.
Research is not simply reading someone else’s thoughts. Research is embracing, experimenting and diving fully into the teachings. Take a moment to think before you act. He did not ascribe to mainstream teachings, nor did he throw it all out.
Another analogy that Jameth told me many times over is one of discrimination… beyond race and language, he saw the discrimination against anyone doing anything differently. He liked to say to me as an English man, to paraphrase: “The English did some really bad things in history… therefore Philip is English so I should hate Philip! Ridiculous!”
Even though this man, Jameth, is no longer on this Earthly plane… his wisdom, love, passion and teaching are part of me every day in how I act, think, and live. I feel his presence watching over me. I know he is proud of what we have achieved with his manufacturing company Excelsior SuperFoods.
Since starting working with Jameth in 2010, I made it my mission to help his vision unfold at the highest level, while Jameth was battling his illness, I was looking forward to the day he could return to the office and see what we have achieved. Sadly this never happened in physical reality, but I know he is watching over us. I felt his presence shining down on us during a recent FDA audit where we passed with flying colors. I have seen the company move from a small warehouse in California to a beautiful facility in Tempe, AZ where we embody the vision of this legendary man who’s life mission continues…

Jameth Sheridan touched my life deeply and fatefully. From the moment I picked up my first bottle of Vitamineral Green back in 2004, I felt a profound connection; one that would ultimately evolve into a decade-long friendship and professional alliance that left a deep imprint on my heart. I will always remember Jameth Sheridan as a passionate, devoted Light Worker. Jameth was a man on a mission. Everyone who met him I think could feel this in his energy field, and were drawn in like a magnet. I’ve never met an individual with so much determination and purpose. Like a Jedi Master in the cosmic battle between good and evil, he never seemed to lose sight of what he was fighting for. His passion for helping others and making the world a better place was evident in all of his words and actions. Jameth dreamed of a world where everyone lived in harmony with Nature, free of illness and suffering. From a very young age, he knew his role in making grounding this vision into reality: he would offer nutrient-dense, healing plant foods to help people attain and sustain radiant health. Jameth had incredible genius as a formulator and visionary. He thought and worked outside the box, and let nothing get in his way. When most would declare a dead-end, Jameth would find a way to push through – whether it was by virtue of his determination, his creative genius, or his connection with a higher power guiding his actions, or all of the above. Jameth was a pioneer and a visionary.
There was another side of Jameth too that was infused into all of this work: his generosity. Right along side the passionate warrior was a benevolent leader, one of the most generous people I’ve ever known. He wanted to share what he had with the world, not for personal gain but just to genuinely help people. When he gave lectures, it didn’t occur to him “what can I sell?” Instead, what interested him was “how can I help these people most?” I will always remember the way he interacted with customers when we did expos together, freely volunteering his time and energy without any calculation or self-interest. He was so eager to help people any way he could. There was something so beautiful, innocent, almost child-like about this side of him. When he thought a product would help, he would offer that (usually free of charge), but he also had no problem recommending a different product, or a lifestyle practice that resulted in no personal gain, when it meant offering assistance. It just didn’t occur to him to be calculating in these interactions. He was just so sincerely wanting to help them! Customers would often leave the booth with an armful of freely gifted products, and lists of additional things they could do to achieve their goals. These are fond memories that I will always carry that exemplified his generosity and selflessness.
Thank you, Jameth, for all that you brought to this world. It was an honor to work alongside you on Earth, and it is an honor to continue working to carry your legacy forward now. Your spirit lives on forever in my heart and all the many hearts you touched here. Thank you for everything you brought to this world. I will be forever grateful.

A true Health Warrior, Dr. Jameth Sheridan, recently passed away. And I am struggling to find the words to pay him tribute….
To me, Jameth was more than just a leader in the health movement, an inspiration and guiding light…
He was a friend.
I first met Dr. Jameth Sheridan over ten years ago when I had the opportunity to interview him on my first radio show…
I can remember his passion… his strong spirit… and his commitment to spread a message that transcended far beyond food.
That is the Jameth I remember… and thankfully I have many of his interviews to share so that his message resonates in years to come.
Dr. Jameth Sheridan was like a human computer… artfully combining facts with passion to show us another way to transform our lives with real food and nutrition …
and reach a state of health that can be only be stated as “transcending.”
He was a gifted teacher and speaker. I have been honored to feature many great men and women on my shows and summits over the years. None have received the passionate acclaim of my fans like Dr. Sheridan. People loved him. And his words resonated with them.
Dr. Jameth Sheridan put the needs of others before himself. He was perhaps the most compassionate and generous person I have ever met.
In private conversations, Dr. Sheridan would share with me his ultimate mission… to create a vegan world…
a world where we aren’t dependent on animals for food…
a world where we aren’t victim to the propaganda put forth by the meat and dairy industry touting their newest caveman diet…
a world where we live and let live, and are rewarded with superior health.
His love for others was his mission, and his spent countless hours researching the latest studies on the foods that both prevent and lead to sickness and disease.
Dr. Jameth Sheridan lived his message… even though he was born with a body that would ultimately fail at a younger age.
I was able to pay a visit to Jameth’s bedside in his final days… I was awarded the opportunity to thank him for all he brought to this planet, while reminding him how much more he still has to share…
And he does still have much to share. I want to thank Dr. Sheridan for leaving us with a wealth of knowledge, understanding and wisdom that we can pass on in the work that we do…
His spirit will live on in our work at Juice Guru and our programs that he remains a part of…
Goodbye, my dear friend. Rest in peace.
March 3, 2015, one of the days of Expo last year. We went out to eat at Au Lac in Fountain Valley, Orange County, SoCal. We had finished with dinner and were in the parking lot headed back to ours cars (Jameth had his black suburban or something like that that he converted to run on biodiesel). It was my lucky day as me being the noobie hadn’t been invited to dinner since technically I didn’t work the Expo booth like the rest of the team. Jason, having committed to making food for the team, couldn’t;t make it to dinner as he had raw food to prep and prepare for the next day. Jameth asked me to join them since Jason’s spot was open. I was in the right place at the right time. We always are whether we know it or not.
I remember that night while waiting for our food a fan came up to him at the dinner table and was praising and thanking Jameth for the effectiveness of his products and suggestions he had made about a friend of hers who had some health challenges, or so I recall. In the parking lot after dinner, in order to get a group picture, they had to take Jameth away from a group of random people who asked him a question about soy or health or something which he, of course, went into discussion about, or so I recall. Such a passionate person he was. So dedicated to his craft. Both times that night he was so caring always wanting to see people have the knowledge so that they can make healthier choices from a place of empowerment in order to be happy and live joyous lives. He didn’t get mad at the dinner table when that young lady approached him, he had a loving smile on his face and was very open to being approached. What a cool guy he was.
The last time I saw him was at one of the health foods stores here in San Diego, Jimbo’s, Carlsbad location. It was either the same month after Expo or maybe it was the following month. He was shopping for groceries during the evening while I was doing a demo. He was incognito of course but I spotted him out. A few older ladies, who had coincidentally asked about him, at the demo table immediately flocked to him and started asking him questions about their health issues. His shopping experience turned into a way longer one but that’s the type of person he was. He was grass roots and loved his people. The older ladies were just eating up all the knowledge he shared with them.
This is how I remember Jameth and will always see him in that light. Since the first time I saw his picture on the back of a 1000g WarriorFood Vanilla bottle years ago I immediately felt a connection to him. I bought my first HF product then and was hooked ever since. How truly blessed I feel to be a part of all this at such a transformational time on this planet. Onward and upward!
